JOHN GREG TURCOTTE, CCIM

John Greg Turcotte, CCIM, began his career in commercial real estate in 1981 while attending Texas A&M University. Among his peers, the South Texas native is considered an expert on land and industrial transactions, having established and nurtured long-term relationships with clients such as HEB, C-III, DCT Industrial, Rittiman Industrial Park and many others. Clients repeatedly call on him for assistance on transactions because of his straightforward approach, unparalleled experience and superb work ethic.

Turcotte has represented buyers, sellers and tenants on hundreds of transactions. His clients currently occupy more than 1.6 million square feet of distribution space in the Alamo City, which is approximately 6 percent of local inventory. WILLIAM J. "BILL" HOLDER

Bill Holder, a San Antonio native, earned a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University. He has more than 19 years of successful experience in the San Antonio commercial real estate market. His specialties include land, industrial, office and retail brokerage; buyer/tenant and seller/landlord representation; project leasing; and performing broker price opinion of value for all types of properties.

Clients served include the City of San Antonio, Jefferson Bank, Frost Bank, Walgreen's, Bayview Loan Servicing, Colliers International, MAPCO, Inc., Byrne Metals Corporation, Mission Well Service, Woodco Millwork, Ltd. and many others. Doug Swanson

Swanson has more than 15 years of commercial brokerage, leasing, and consulting experience and represents tenants and buyers in the retail, industrial, office and investment industries. His impressive background in analytics and data research has given him a clear understanding of commercial growth in the central and south Texas areas.

Before joining Turcotte, he served as regional vice-president for a leading nationwide provider of commercial real estate information. Swanson helped establish a peer-nominated advisory board for top brokers in South and Central Texas. He also founded and served as principal broker of Bakke Swanson Real Estate Advisors, and served as an associate broker for the real estate firm Noll.Bakke.

Swanson spent 20 years in logistics for FedEx where he was a top performing worldwide account manager, working with global companies like Dell Computers, Compaq, Tenneco and USAA.
